In 2015 while at Stoneridge Homes, Tracie sold over 14 homes in the first quarter and won the New Home Sales Person of the Year award in 2018 for Woodland Homes. In addition, Tracie is a member/past member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Alabama Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of Home Builders, the Madison County Home Builders Association, the Sales and Marketing Council, the Women's Council of REALTORS®, Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS®, Education Committee, Orientation Committee, and Paragon Task Force Committee through the local board of REALTORS®. Tracie helps the community by volunteering at Whitesburg Elementary School, serving as a Regional Council Member for North Alabama Make-A-Wish, and donating to For Life Ministries, Graces of Gurley, Lincoln Village Ministries, and Habitat for Humanity.

 

In Tracie's free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and sweet doodle Mable. She also loves spending time boating on the Tennessee River when she is not helping one of her customers find their dream home.
